14 days to return

We are happy to refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Items must be returned new, unused, with the swing tag attached and with its original outer packaging (if applicable) with the branded tag intact.
Please ensure you follow the garment's care label for guidance, as we cannot accept items returned as 'faulty' if the care label instructions have not been followed.
Returned items will be inspected and failing to meet the above criteria, the items will be returned back to you.
Any items returned outside of the return period will not be accepted.
Please note that gift vouchers & items classed as pre-order are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, any returns that do not meet our guidelines cannot be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

Please kindly include your name, order number, items you're returning and the reason why and if you'd like a refund or an exchange on a piece of paper and place it inside your parcel.
Package your items carefully with each item in its original packaging if provided and with all labels and swing tags attached/undamaged. All shoes must be in their original undamaged box and/or dust bag.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning your order to us and ensure that your parcel is insured to cover the value of contents. Also, keep your receipt or make a note of your tracking number for proof of delivery. Please keep this to hand until you have received confirmation of your refund.
We request that gift boxes must be returned to us, wrapped in bubble wrap to protect the box in transit. If the box is damaged upon return, £5.00 will be deducted from your refund.

We aim to process returns within 1-3 working days upon receipt.
If eligible for a refund, we will send you a confirmation email and refunds will be processed via the same method of payment.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your bank to complete the refund.
